On the Lake

Here are a few pics from the "office" which is the name of the Tressler's boat. This summer has been one of the best summers we have had in a long time in large part because of the boat. We have had a lot of fun days and nights out on the lake. Having a best friend that owns a boat is always a good idea...JK Natalie.

Camping

Tina don't you love that picture of us, YIKES... JK. in July we went camping down at Terry's cabin for the night and had a BLAST. It was a ton of fun and I even slept in a tent. I have to say the funnest part was seeing a bunch of gown men and women get yelled at by the crazy old neighbors for lighting off fireworks. It was good food, good friends and a great time. I think Bryer may have had the best time of all since he had his two favorite things a ball and a lake.

Summer Recap.

For the 4th of July we decided to take a last minute trip down to Kansas City for the long weekend to spend it with our friends Randy & Julie and their son Renner. It was Easton's first road trip and he had a blast. He did awesome...Well at least going down there, we were all a little tired coming home. We had a great time it's always fun seeing old friends and watching drunk people blowing up fireworks :) I think the best part though was there "slip n' bleed" which consisted of some plastic mats going down some pretty rough terrain, it's fun to watch during the day but even better watching people going down it at 2am in the dark. It was a great 4th, we can't wait for next year.

Family Blog

OK so call me cheesy but I have decided to start a family blog, mostly as a way to keep in touch with friends and family that live out of state but also as a fun way to document our family events. As most of you know we have a son named Easton who will be 2 years old in a month (there will be more to come on his upcoming birthday party in September) It's hard to believe how fast time has gone by and how big he has gotten, it feels like he went from my baby boy to my big boy over night. He is "ADD" like his father and stubborn like his mother and so independent it kind of makes me sad because even at 2 he thinks he can do everything himself. I guess it's true what they say time flies when your having fun. Well that's all for now but stay tuned there will be more to come. :)
